Over a cup of coffee – at World Vision…

On the morning of April 30th, World Vision Development Foundation, Inc. brewed the best coffee this side of town as it hosted the latest “Kapihan” in their office at 389 Quezon Avenue cor. West Triangle, Quezon City.

Dr. Melvin Magno, PhilCAT Board Member, warmed up the participants’ spirits with an opening prayer. World Vision Director for Children in Ministry Dilsy Arbutante formally welcomed everyone on-hand, while PhilCAT Chair Dr. Mamel Quelapio gave some words of inspiration to set the program in motion.

As everyone readied their coffee and drinks, a 10-minute slide presentation was given by World Vision; PhilCAT Executive Director Amy Sarmiento presided over discussions on the proposals from Ayala Foundation.

Breakout sessions on the 15th AC Committee Membership followed suit; matters such as the venue and host for the June/July Kapihan were also discussed in-between sips or over another cup.
